Hello everyone, 

I still plan to post the update, though it will be a bit late to the party. I know I said I would have an update ready by the end of last month, and as ideal as that sounds, I had a long period where I avoided it like the plague after my confidence had been shot in the chest and head. Luckily some very kind and incredible people had revived it, to which I appreciate dearly. Adding to that, while working on the second part I was also  adjusting the entire story as a whole. Therefore, it's taking a lot more time than previously planned. All I ask is that you remain patient.  

The update is just about finished with only a few things left to polish and tidy up, (not in that order of course, but you get the idea.) To avoid getting hopes up -in case there are any- I'm not going to set a specific date, but you can trust that it will be posted before Christmas. Thank you for your support and encouragement. It helped more than you know. 

As for the severe criticism, all I can really do is keep the advice mentioned in the following video in mind. (Credit to PunkeyDoodles8 on Youtube):
